Store Locations definition

Store Locations means those Gap locations with Store Equipment as specified in Exhibit D.17 (Gap Sites).
Store Locations means the rental store locations set forth on Schedule 1.1(af).

  • The Purchased Business is carried on by the Vendor only in the Province of Ontario from the Store Locations.


More Definitions of Store Locations

Store Locations means the store locations listed on Schedule 1.2, individually, a "Store Location" or a "Store".
Store Locations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.b (Definitions) of Exhibit A.3 (Stores Services Statement of Work).
Store Locations means those owned or leased locations at which US Borrower maintains inventories for sale to its customers and at which no manufacturing activities occur.
