Store Bank Accounts definition

Store Bank Accounts means any DDA maintained by a Loan Party in connection with a retail store operated by such Loan Party, used solely for the purpose of collecting proceeds from sales of Inventory in every form, which DDA is subject to sweeps into a Blocked Account in accordance with Section 5.11.
Store Bank Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a) hereof.
Store Bank Accounts means, collectively, those certain deposit accounts of the Loan Parties maintained at local or regional banks, for use by certain sales service centers and other similar stores, into which proceeds of Inventory sales and in-store payments on Accounts are deposited, which amounts shall be thereafter swept into the Blocked Accounts of the Loan Parties within two (2) Business Days after deposit therein.

Examples of Store Bank Accounts in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the terms of this subsection (d) shall not apply to Store Bank Accounts or to deposit accounts specifically and exclusively used for payroll, taxes, other obligations to third parties or other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of Borrower’s salaried employees.

Related to Store Bank Accounts

  • Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).

  • Bank Account means one or more accounts opened, maintained and operated by the Portfolio Manager with any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks in accordance with the agreement entered into with the Client.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Nominated Bank Account means MDL’s bank account as notified by MDL to the other Party from time to time.

  • Purchase Price Bank Account means a bank account in the United States to be designated by the Sellers in a written notice to the Purchaser at least five Business Days before the Closing.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Blocked Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

  • Deposit Accounts means all “deposit accounts” as such term is defined in the UCC, now or hereafter held in the name of a Debtor.

  • Deposit Account Bank means a financial institution selected or approved by the Administrative Agent and with respect to which a Grantor has delivered to the Administrative Agent an executed Deposit Account Control Agreement.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Deposit Account Control Agreements means, with respect to each deposit account that is required by the Collateral Agreement to be subject to a control agreement, a deposit account control agreement executed by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent as the secured party thereto, and the deposit bank, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Management Accounts means unaudited accounts which shall incorporate a profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.

  • Schedule of Accounts means an aged trial balance and reconciliation to the Borrowing Base in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may in the Administrative Agent’s Permitted Discretion include copies of original invoices) listing the Accounts of each Loan Party, certified on behalf of each Loan Party by a Duly Authorized Officer of the Borrower, to be delivered on a monthly basis to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1(i).

  • Energy Accounts means the regional energy accounts/state energy accounts as specified in the Grid Code issued by the appropriate agency for each Month (as per their prescribed methodology), including the revisions and amendments thereof;
