Storage Year definition

Storage Year means the period between 1 April, 0600 hours of one calendar year and 1 April, 0600 hours of the following calendar year.

Storage Year means the period from April 1st until April 1st one year later.

Storage Year means the period from Gas Day 1 April of a certain year up to and including Gas Day 31 March of the successive year.

• By no later than 1 October of each calendar year, EKB shall publish on the gen- eral section of the Capacity Rights Accounts the periods for Planned Maintenance at the Storage Facility for the 15 (fifteen) Month period from 1 January of the fol- lowing calendar year until the end of the following Storage Year.

• Annual fees are equally divided into the twelve booked Storage Capacity months, fees for booked Storage Capacities during the Storage Year are equally divided into the concerned booked Storage Capacity months.

• A final invoice shall be rendered at the end of the Booking Period or at the end of each Storage Year with booked Storage Capacity at the latest in accordance with Appendix A.

• The Storage Adjustment Factor applicable in any Storage Year also reflects changes in the aggregate storage ca- pacity in any previous Storage Years.

• In the event that the Useable Capacity Rights of a Storage User are restricted for more than 336 Hours during a Storage Year due to Planned Maintenance, the Storage User shall be released from its obligation to pay Monthly Firm Capacity Fees for any period of restrictions to Useable Capacity Rights caused by Planned Maintenance exceeding 336 Hours during the Storage Year calculated on the same basis as in § 20.4.
