STORAGE PROGRAM definition

STORAGE PROGRAM means, with respect to the Grounded Aircraft, a Grounded Engine or a Separately Grounded Engine, (a) Lessee's Roswell New Mexico storage program (as in effect on the Effective Date or as modified from time to time so long as (i) such storage program, as so modified, satisfies the criteria specified in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) of the following clause (b) of this defined term, and (ii) in the event of a modification that is material (when considered in relation to such storage program taken as a whole or to the interests of Lessor in and with respect to the Aircraft), such storage program, after giving effect to such modification, is otherwise reasonably acceptable to Lessor), or (b) any other storage program that (i) is approved for the Grounded Aircraft, such Grounded Engine or such Separately Grounded Engine (as applicable) by the FAA (or the applicable governmental authority under the laws of any jurisdiction (other than the United States of America) in which the Aircraft may then be registered as permitted in accordance with the Lease), (ii) complies with the guidelines of the manufacturers of the Airframe and the Engine(s) or engine(s) constituting and/or forming part of the Grounded Aircraft, such Grounded Engine or such Separately Grounded Engine (as applicable) for the storage (including maintenance during storage) thereof, and (iii) otherwise is acceptable to Lessor.
STORAGE PROGRAM has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 5.16.
STORAGE PROGRAM means, with respect to the Grounded Aircraft, a Grounded Engine or a Separately Grounded Engine, (a) Sublessee's Roswell New Mexico storage program (as in effect on the Effective Date or as modified from time to time so long as (i) such storage program, as so modified, satisfies the criteria specified in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) of the following clause (b) of this defined term, and (ii) in the event of a modification that is material (when considered in relation to such storage program taken as a whole or to the interests of Sublessor in and with respect to the Aircraft), such storage program, after giving effect to such modification, is otherwise reasonably acceptable to Sublessor), or (b) any other storage program that (i) is approved for the Grounded Aircraft, such Grounded Engine or such Separately Grounded Engine (as applicable) by the FAA (or the applicable governmental authority under the laws of any jurisdiction (other than the United States of America) in which the Aircraft may then be registered as permitted in accordance with the Sublease), (ii) complies with the guidelines of the manufacturers of the Airframe and the Engine(s) or engine(s) constituting and/or forming part of the Grounded Aircraft, such Grounded Engines or such Separately Grounded Engine (as applicable) for the storage (including maintenance during storage) thereof, and (iii) otherwise is acceptable to Sublessor.
