Storage Location definition

Storage Location means a secure facility or location that acts as a repository for towed vehicles.

Storage Location means a single parcel or contiguous parcels of real estate approved by the fire marshal pursuant to division (I) of section 3743.04 of the Revised Code or division (G) of section 3743.17 of the Revised Code that are separate from a licensed premises containing a retail showroom, and which parcel or parcels a licensed manufacturer or wholesaler of fireworks may use only for the distribution, possession, and storage of fireworks in accordance with this chapter.

Storage Location shall have the meaning referenced in the recitals to this Agreement.

Storage Location means the warehouse located at Xxxxxxxxxxx 00 and Cereslaan 9 (9641 ML) Veendam unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.

No person shall operate a snowmobile upon a snowmobile route or other public street or alley totravel from one location in Fairbury to a different location in Fairbury nor for any purpose except to go to the city limit or to his storage location and always by the most direct and immediate route.

Storage Location means the location described in clause 13.5(c), or if the filled container needs to be stored for any reason other than as requested by you, at a U Pack It depot nominated by U Pack It.
