Examples of Storage Costs in a sentence
Indirect Cost backcharges originate from Whole Cost or Premium Cost backcharges and include Lost Revenue, Lost Profit, Lost Rental Value, Delays, Disruptions, Time Extensions, Acceleration, Escalation on Material, Storage Costs, Interests, Additional Administrative Costs, Overhead, and any other indirect costs that result from an error or omission.
The Deposit (or the balance of it after any appropriate deductions for unpaid Storage Costs, repairs, cleaning or other charges to put right any breach of this Agreement by You) will be refunded by cheque or electronic transfer within 21 days of termination of this Agreement.
Storage Costs will not be credited to Your account unless You identify the payment clearly and as directed by Us and We shall have no liability to and shall be indemnified by You if We take steps to enforce the Agreement (including the sale of Goods as set out under Conditions 4.1 to 4.5) due to Your failure to identify a payment.
