Storage and Handling Agreement means that certain Storage and Handling Agreement dated February 21, 1997, between the Operating Partnership and Alon U.S.A., L.P., as amended effective January 1, 2004, September 1, 2008 and March 1, 2011.

  • Notwithstanding expiry of the Term, or termination of this Agreement as set out in this agreement the Client must ensure that prior arrangements are made to title transfer any Grain/Pulse held by FIE prior to termination; otherwise the Client shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement or the new season Storage and Handling Agreement (as applicable).
