Storage Agreement definition

Storage Agreement means the precious metals storage agreement to be entered into between the Manager, on behalf of the Trust, and the Bullion Custodian, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time;

Storage Agreement means the Storage Agreement(s) specified in the Judgment.
