Stockholder Rights Agreement definition

Stockholder Rights Agreement means that certain stockholder rights agreement, dated as of April 10, 2011, between the Company and Stockholder, as amended by the Amendment to the Stockholder Rights Agreement dated, as of November, 28, 2011. “Security Control Agreement” means that certain security control agreement, dated, as of April 3, 2012 between the Company and the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Security Service.
