Stock Units definition

Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.
Stock Units means the credits to a Participant's Stock Unit Account under Article VI of this Plan, each of which represents the right to receive one Share upon settlement of the Stock Unit Account.

  • The Company and its Affiliates shall be entitled to deduct and withhold the minimum amount necessary in connection with the Awardee’s Restricted Stock Units to satisfy its withholding obligations under any and all federal, state and/or local tax rules or regulations.

  • Distribution Equivalent Right payments with respect to the Restricted Stock Units will be held by the Company and paid as and when (and only to the extent that) such Restricted Stock Units vest and the underlying shares of Common Stock are issued as set forth in the Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement.

Stock Units means the credits to a Non-Employee Director’s Stock Unit Account, each of which represents the right to receive one Share upon settlement of the Stock Unit Account.
