Stock Settlement means the option or right to pay or receive the Maturity Payment Amount or Optional Repurchase Amount in shares of the Settlement Value Securities, as set forth in Section 6 of this Note.

Examples of Stock Settlement in a sentence
At any time following the giving of a Cash Settlement Notice and prior to the Exchange Date, the Managing Member may elect (exercisable by giving written notice of such election to the Exchanging Member) to revoke the Cash Settlement Notice with respect to all or any portion of the Exchanged Units and to cause the Company to redeem such Exchanged Units on the Exchange Date for the Stock Settlement.
