More Definitions of Stock Portfolio

Stock Portfolio means, with respect to each Loan, (a) the Initial Stock Portfolio for such Loan and any cash or non-cash proceeds thereof, (b) any cash, additional shares or other securities delivered from time to time by Borrower to Lender to address minimum collateral value requirements, and (c) any shares or other securities or property into which the shares referenced in clauses (a) or (b) may be converted, redeemed or otherwise exchanged, including by way of a merger, corporate acquisition, stock split or reverse stock split.
Stock Portfolio means securities owned by third parties in various entities that were delivered to M&I Bank or its counsel on or about October 30, 2009 in connection with the execution of a judgment obtained against Stanton and other parties.

Related to Stock Portfolio

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Treasury Portfolio means, as applicable, the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio or the Special Event Treasury Portfolio.

  • Lower Tier Covered Transactions refers to any covered transaction under a First Tier Covered Transaction (such as subcontracts). “First Tier Participant” refers to the participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a grantee or subgrantee of Federal funds (such as the prime or general contractor). “Lower Tier Participant” refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant’s Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

The Share Account will be established pursuant to a separate agreement between each Participant and the Agent.

  • DSU means the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes contained in Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement;

  • Sub-Accounts means the respective Sub-Accounts of the Escrow Account, into which the monies specified in Clause 4.1 would be credited every month and paid out if due, and if not due in a month then appropriated proportionately in such month and retained in the respective Sub Accounts and paid out therefrom on the Payment Date(s).

  • Unit Account means a notional account opened and managed by Us for You, in which the Units are allocated following the receipt of the Premium from You and in which the Units are cancelled by Us for the purpose of paying the benefits or for recovering the applicable charges;

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.
