Stock Ownership Plan definition

Stock Ownership Plan means the Armstrong World Industries, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which was merged into this Plan on September 30, 1996.
Stock Ownership Plan means The PBSJ Corporation Stock Ownership Plan, as amended and restated through February 1, 1993 and as may be amended in the future.
