Stock Option Committee definition

Stock Option Committee means the committee administering the Plan, pursuant to Article III hereof.
Stock Option Committee means the Stock Option Committee appointed by the Board. Prior to the appointment of such a committee, the Board shall be deemed the Stock Option Committee.

More Definitions of Stock Option Committee

Stock Option Committee means a committee of three or more members appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to administer the Non-Insider Program, each of whom is ineligible to receive grants or awards under the Non-Insider Program, and has been so ineligible for at least one year.
Stock Option Committee means the 2001 Employee Stock Option Plan Committee, which is a committee of the Board whose members are appointed by the Board from time to time.
