Stock Loan definition

Stock Loan means a “Loan” as used in the Master Securities Loan Agreement published from time to time by the Bond Market Association.
Stock Loan means a loan or other extension or other extension of credit to the Plan which is used to finance the purchase of Company Stock, or to refinance a prior Stock Loan.
Stock Loan as defined in the UK Facility Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Master Guarantee as in the UK Facility Agreement.
