Stock Escrow Account definition

Stock Escrow Account means the escrow account provided for in the Stock Escrow Agreement.
Stock Escrow Account means the account established by the Escrow Agent for purposes of holding a portion of the Stock Consideration (excluding the Indemnity Escrow Shares) pursuant to the terms of the Stock Escrow Agreement.
Stock Escrow Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2(g)(i) above.
