Stock Consideration Shares definition

Stock Consideration Shares means a number of shares of Parent Common Stock equal to the quotient of (i) the Stock Consideration Value, divided by (ii) the Merger Consideration Share Price.
Stock Consideration Shares means the number of shares of capital stock of Buyer equal to the quotient of $12,500,000 divided by the Price Per Share.

Stock Consideration Shares means a number of shares of Parent Common Stock equal to the quotient of (i) the Aggregate Stock Consideration Amount divided by (ii) the Agreement Date NVTA Stock Value.
