Stock Compensation Plan definition

Stock Compensation Plan means either or both, as the context requires, of the F▇▇▇▇▇ M▇▇ Stock Compensation Plan of 1993 and the F▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Stock Compensation Plan of 2003, in each case as from time to time amended and in effect, or any successor plan.
