Stock Appreciation Rights Plan definition

Stock Appreciation Rights Plan or “SAR” shall mean that plan established by the Company to provide Plan equivalent economic benefits to the Optionee in the event that relevant laws and regulations adversely affect the operation of the Plan.
Stock Appreciation Rights Plan shall have the meaning set forth in the first recital.
Stock Appreciation Rights Plan means the SCI Ingredients Holdings, Inc. Stock Appreciation Rights Plan.

Stock Appreciation Rights Plan means the Company’s 2022 Stock Appreciation Rights Plan.
Stock Appreciation Rights Plan means those certain stock appreciation rights agreements authorized on May 9, 2000, as amended granting stock appreciation rights to an employee or service provider of the Company or any Subsidiary.
