Stipulation and Order definition

Stipulation and Order means that certain Stipulation and Order [Docket No. 553] between the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee, the Equity Committee and CRG resolving the objections to the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of Order Approving Appointment and Compensation of Independent Director Nunc Pro Tunc to February 13, 2019 [Docket No. 394] and Debtors’ Application for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Retention and Employment of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Kirkland & Ellis International LLP as Attorneys for Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. More Definitions of Stipulation and Order

Stipulation and Order means this Stipulation and Order of Settlement and all appendices attached hereto (listed in SectionXXI), and all modifications made effective in accordance with Section XIII.

  • Decision and Order means the:

  • Consent Decree means this Consent Decree and all appendices attached hereto. In the event of conflict between this Consent Decree and any appendix, this Consent Decree shall control.

  • Interlocal Agreement means an agreement entered into under this act.

  • Bond Order or "Order" means this Order of the Commissioners Court authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.

  • Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.

  • Confidentiality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.

  • Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Compliance agreement means a written agreement between a person and the Commissioner to achieve compliance with this quarantine.

  • Competent and reliable scientific evidence means tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that has been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.

  • Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.
