Statutory Stock Option definition

Statutory Stock Option means an option as defined under Section 422 of the Code granted pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Plan.
Statutory Stock Option means a Stock Option that (i) qualifies as an "incentive stock option" under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision and (ii) is intended to be treated for purposes of federal income tax treatment as an option that is so qualified.
Statutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to be (as set forth in the Award Agreement) or which does not qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422(b) of the Code.
