Statutory Holidays means New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and/or any other days that may be gazetted as being a holiday in and for the Province of British Columbia;

Statutory Holidays means has the meaning set forth in the Collective Agreement.

Statutory Holidays. New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Lord Simcoe Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any other days which may legislated in the future.
Statutory Holidays means the following days with pay: New Year’s Day; Family Day (February); Good Friday; Easter Monday (or the first Monday of Spring Break); Victoria Day; Canada Day; 1st Monday in August; Labour Day; Thanksgiving Day; Remembrance Day; Christmas Day; Boxing Day; And all other holidays proclaimed by federal, provincial or civic authorities. Any employee required to work on any of these days shall by paid, in addition to his regular wages, at the rate of double time (2X) for the time worked.

Without limiting the general nature of the above, this shall include any individual, person, firm or corporation engaged in and/or responsible for the handling of a Vessel and/or the movement of the Cargo, including but not limited to; Vessel Owner, Cargo Owner, SOA Operator, Vessel Agent, Inland Carrier, agents, charters, brokers, freight forwarders, shippers, consignees. Vessel – shall have the meaning as set forth in the Fee Document. Vessel Agent – means an independent party having been found to comply with the provisions of Subsection 2.3 and entered into a valid Vessel Agent Agreement with the Operator.
