STATUTORY COMPLIANCE definition

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE shall include the following sub- parameters during the process of evaluation of performance against a rating scale.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE. “Rules” or “Regulations” or “Law” shall mean any statute, law, regulation ordinance, rule judgement, notification, order, decree, by-law, permits, licences, approvals, consents, authorisations, government approvals, directives, guidelines, requirements or other governmental restrictions, or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation, policy or administration, having the force of law of any of the foregoing, by any regulatory authority, whether in effect as of the effective date or at any time after;
