Statutory Approvals definition

Statutory Approvals means any and all approvals, non-objections, authorisations ratifications etc. required from Qatari Ministries, the Authority, government agencies, local government agencies etc. as are, from time to time, required for completion of the Project.
Statutory Approvals means any approval required in terms of any statute, regulation, ordinance and/or rule applicable in relation to the Equipment and/or the erection and use of the Equipment;
Statutory Approvals means any approval required in terms of any statute, regulation, ordinance and/or rule applicable in relation to the Site, the Equipment, the Services and/or the erection and use of the Equipment at or near the Site and any engineers certificate relating to the erection of the Equipment;
