Status of Salary Schedule. The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of the teacher's continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time a successor Agreement is executed. The School District reserves the right to withhold increment advancement, lane changes, or any other salary increases as it determines. The decision of the School Board is subject to the grievance procedure.
