Station Service Loads definition

Station Service Loads means energy consumed to power the on-site maintenance and operation of the Facility but excludes energy consumed in association with activities which could be ceased or moved to other locations without impeding the normal and safe operation of the Facility.
Station Service Loads means the Electricity used for excitation and on-site maintenance and operation of power generation facilities, including auxiliary facilities, but excludes energy consumed in association with activities which could be ceased or moved to other locations without impeding the normal and safe operation of the Facility.

Examples of Station Service Loads in a sentence

  • The Seller shall not connect any loads not associated with Station Service Loads at the location of the Facility in a manner that would reduce Energy provided from the Facility to the Buyer hereunder.

Related to Station Service Loads

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
