Station Service definition

Station Service means the electric energy produced by the Project that is used within the Project to power the lights, motors, control systems and other auxiliary electrical loads that are necessary for operation of the Project.

Station Service means any service specified in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1.6 (Franchise Services) which may be provided by the Franchisee at the Stations;

Station Service has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).

Examples of Station Service in a sentence

• Seller shall contract with the local utility in whose retail service territory the Project is located (“Local Provider”) for the supply of Station Service consistent with requirements of the Interconnection Agreement.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Station Service includes auxiliary loads during periods in which the Storage Facility is in an idle or standby mode but excludes auxiliary load self-supplied by the Storage Facility during charging and discharging that originated as Charging Energy.

• If Buyer or any of its Affiliates provides retail electric service in the service territory in which the Project is located, then if requested by Seller, Buyer or such Affiliate shall provide Station Service to the Project (including Seller’s Interconnection Facilities) as requested by Seller during construction and operation of the Project at the rates and on the terms set forth in the applicable tariff(s) on a non-discriminatory basis with other customers in the same rate class as Seller.

More Definitions of Station Service

Station Service means the energy that is used to operate an electric or thermal generating plant. It includes energy consumed for plant lighting, power, and auxiliary facilities in support of the electricity generation system. Station service includes thermal energy used to process the facility’s fuel.

Station Service means any service specified in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1.6 (Franchise Services) which may be provided by the Franchisee at the Stations; “Station Social and Commercial Development Plan” means the station social and commercial development plan in the agreed terms marked SCDP, as such plan may be updated in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 4.6 and 4.7 of Schedule 6.2 (TransPennine Express Franchise Specific Provisions);

Station Service means energy that is used to serve the electrical requirements of the Facility and includes transformer losses and line losses between the Facility and the point of interconnection to the Georgia Power Electric System.
