Station License means any governmental approval or authorization issued to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by the FCC or acquired or otherwise transferred to the Borrower or any Subsidiary, which is authorized under Title 47 CFR §§73.1-73.190; 73.201-73.333; and/or 73.601-73.699, which includes AM Broadcast Stations, FM Broadcast Stations, and Television Broadcast Stations (as such terms are defined in the Communications Act), but excludes Secondary Station Licenses.

Station License means a license granted to Customer by Pearson for use of Licensed Product on a single workstation by employees and students at a given Licensed Site. Licensed Product that is licensed on a Station License basis may not be installed or used on more than the number of workstations for which a license has been purchased.

Examples of Station License in a sentence

  • The City will not receive any monetary compensation from Licensee for allowing use of Transit Station License Area by the Licensee.

  • The City hereby grants to Licensee at no charge a revocable, non- exclusive license to use and occupy the Parkway Station License Area, which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, for the Event subject to the terms of this License.

  • The type of license granted, along with other details relating to Customer’s order, shall be as set forth in Xxxxxxx’x written acknowledgment of Customer’s order, or, if not stated, shall be deemed to be a Station License for the applicable quantity of licenses confirmed by Pearson.

  • The City hereby grants to Licensee a revocable, non-exclusive license to use and occupy the Transit Station license area (“Transit Station License Area”), which area is shown on the attached Exhibit A, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Station License

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • IP License means all Contractual Obligations (and all related IP Ancillary Rights), whether written or oral, granting any right, title and interest in or relating to any Intellectual Property.

  • Transmission License means the license granted by the Appropriate Commission in terms of the relevant regulations for grant of such license issued under The Electricity Act, 2003;
