Station Development definition

Station Development means the construction, operation and maintenance of the Railway Station in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and includes all works, services and equipment relating to or in respect of the Scope of the Project; ‘Station Development Fee’ or “SDF” means the fee as per the Fee Notification to be collected and appropriated by the Authority from the passengers in terms of the Agreement.
Station Development means the development, construction and/ or re- development and/ or modernization of the existing or proposed Station (including station buildings, platforms, passenger areas, concourse areas and waiting areas), service buildings, passenger amenities and other utilities and amenities over the Station Development Land;
Station Development means Station Development, LLC, a California limited liability company which is a wholly-owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of Station, its successors and permitted assigns.

  • Further, the Developer shall ensure that for the duration commencing from the time when the Station Development Land and the Redevelopment Land is handed over to the Developer by Authority (and/ or its nominee) for the purpose of the Project, and ending at the date on which same are handed back by the Developer to Authority (and/ or its nominee), the Station Development Land and the Redevelopment Land remains free of all encroachments.

  • In the event that there subsist any common areas, facilities, access points, structures, utilities, or other interfacing areas as between the Site and the Redevelopment Land, or the Site and the Station Development Land, the design, development, construction, operation and maintenance thereof, shall be undertaken by the Developer in accordance with the Interfacing Structures and Areas Plan.

  • We will ensure whenever any modification/repair works are carried out, the area is adequately cordoned off, clear signage is available and normal functioning of the Station Development Project is not affected in anyway.

More Definitions of Station Development

Station Development. ’ or ‘‘Redevelopment’’ shall mean the development, construction and/or modernization of [insert] Railway Station (including station buildings, platforms, passenger areas, concourse areas and waiting areas), service buildings, passenger amenities and other utilities and amenities over the Station Development Land and wherever required, will include Redevelopment including assets and Project utilities for the relocation of existing railway colony/ staff quarters, service buildings, and other amenities that exist at the Project Site and the Reserved Railway Land;

Related to Station Development

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • land development area means an erf or the land which is delineated in an application submitted in terms of this By-law or any other legislation governing the change in land use and “land area” has a similar meaning;

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
