Station Business definition

Station Business means, with respect to a Licensed Radio Station, the conduct of the Radio Business of such radio station in its Licensed Market and Format;
Station Business means the business of owning and operating the Stations. For the avoidance of doubt, the Station Business does not include the business of the Maui Television Broadcasters, LLC (however, the interest in the Maui Television Broadcasters, LLC, being conveyed hereunder is an Asset under this Agreement).
Station Business means the business of the Company, taken as a whole, including the operations of the Station.

Station Business means the business of the Stations, taken as a whole, including the Purchased Assets and the operations thereof, and the Assumed Liabilities to be sold or assumed pursuant to this Agreement at the Closing pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions hereof.
