  • Consultations 4.1 On or before the annual submission of the Station Asset Management Plan pursuant to the provisions of this Schedule 1.7, the Franchisee shall conduct consultations with relevant Stakeholders (including ACoRP, passengers, users of Stations, members of relevant local communities, Network Rail and the British Transport Police) in relation to the potential risks, opportunities and priorities for investment and operational efficiencies in relation to Stations.

  • Securitization Asset means (a) any accounts receivable, mortgage receivables, loan receivables, royalty, franchise fee, license fee, patent or other revenue streams and other rights to payment or related assets and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such receivable or asset, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such receivable or asset, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such account or asset and any other assets customarily transferred (or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted) together with accounts or assets in connection with a securitization, factoring or receivable sale transaction.

  • Connection Assets means that portion of the distribution system used to connect a customer to the existing main distribution system, and consists of the assets between the point of connection on a distributor’s main distribution system and the ownership demarcation point with that customer;

  • Securitization Assets means any accounts receivable or other revenue streams subject to a Qualified Securitization Financing.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Acquisition Assets With respect to an Acquisition, the aggregate net assets as of the effective date of such Acquisition of all Acquired Funds.

  • Asset includes every kind of property, asset, interest or right, including any present, future or contingent right to any revenues or other payment;

  • Articulated vehicle means a vehicle with three or more axles, comprising a power unit (called tractor, prime-mover etc.) and semi-trailer which is superimposed on the power unit and coupled together by means of a kingpin revolving on a turn-table and is an articulated vehicle whether automatically detachable or permanently coupled, but this definition does not apply to 2 axle log loaders.

  • crypto-asset means a digital representation of value or rights which may be transferred and stored electronically, using distributed ledger technology or similar technology;

  • Restricted Asset has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(1).

  • Excluded Asset means any asset of any Grantor excluded from the security interest hereunder by virtue of Section 2.2 hereof but only to the extent, and for so long as, so excluded thereunder.
