Statement of Net Assets Rules definition

Statement of Net Assets Rules means the rules in accordance with which the Statement of Net Assets was prepared, as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 23;
Statement of Net Assets Rules means the rules in accordance with which the Statement of Net Assets was prepared, as set out in Part 2 of Appendix 22;
Statement of Net Assets Rules means the rules set forth on Exhibit D-I (which also sets forth, for illustration purposes only, a computation of the Statement of Net Assets as of the close of business on June 30, 2013).

  • Defined Contribution Plan A retirement plan which provides for an individual account for each participant and for benefits based solely on the amount contributed to the participant's account, and any income, expenses, gains and losses, and any forfeitures of accounts of other participants which the plan may allocate to such participant's account.   • CMSA Historical Liquidation Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Historical Liquidation Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • HUBZone small business concern means a small business concern that appears on the List of Qualified HUBZone Small Business Concerns maintained by the Small Business Administration.

  • Certificate of a Firm of Independent Public Accountants means a certificate signed by an independent public accountant or a firm of independent public accountants who may be the independent public accountants regularly retained by the Company or who may be other independent public accountants. Such accountant or firm shall be entitled to rely upon an Opinion of Counsel as to the interpretation of any legal matters relating to such certificate.
