Statement of Defence definition

Statement of Defence means the Statement of Defence referred to in Rule 27.
Statement of Defence means and includes written statements, replies, counter affidavits and additional or supplementary affidavits.
Statement of Defence means a written statement, signed by the defendant, in which the defendant sets out in clear and concise terms the material facts on which the defendant’s defence is based.
