The Vendor shall identify the First Tentative Closing Date in the Statement of Critical Dates attached to the Addendum at the time the Purchase Agreement is signed.
If, by reason of "Unavoidable Delay" as defined in Schedule B – Tarion Addendum and Statement of Critical Dates, the Vendor is required to extend the Closing, the Vendor shall be entitled to extend the Closing provided the Vendor complies with the provisions of Schedule B - Tarion Addendum and Statement of Critical Dates in respect of such extensions.
