Stated Maturity definition

Stated Maturity when used with respect to any Security or any installment of principal thereof or interest thereon, means the date specified in such Security as the fixed date on which the principal of such Security or such installment of principal or interest is due and payable.
Stated Maturity means, with respect to any installment of interest or principal on any series of Indebtedness, the date on which such payment of interest or principal was scheduled to be paid in the original documentation governing such Indebtedness, and shall not include any contingent obligations to repay, redeem or repurchase any such interest or principal prior to the date originally scheduled for the payment thereof.
Stated Maturity means, with respect to any security, the date specified in such security as the fixed date on which the final payment of principal of such security is due and payable, including pursuant to any mandatory redemption provision (but excluding any provision providing for the repurchase of such security at the option of the holder thereof upon the happening of any contingency unless such contingency has occurred).

  • If Securities of any series are to be redeemed prior to their Stated Maturity, if any, whether pursuant to any optional redemption provisions or in accordance with any mandatory sinking fund requirement, the Issuer shall make such arrangements as are satisfactory to the Subordinated Trustee for any series of Securities for the giving of notice of redemption by such Subordinated Trustee in the name, and at the expense, of the Issuer.

  • After the preparation of such definitive Securities, the temporary Securities of such series shall be exchangeable for such definitive Securities and of a like Stated Maturity, if any, and with like terms and provisions upon surrender of the temporary Securities of such series at the office or agency of the Issuer in a Place of Payment for that series, without charge to the Holder.

  • As Paying Agent, the Bank shall, provided adequate collected funds have been provided to it for such purpose by or on behalf of the Issuer no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on the applicable payment date, pay on behalf of the Issuer the principal of each Security at its Stated Maturity, Redemption Date, or Acceleration Date, to the Holder upon surrender of the Security to the Bank at the Bank Office.

  • Interest shall be paid semiannually in arrears on each Interest Payment Date to the Person in whose name the Series 2024A Notes are registered at the close of business on the Regular Record Date for such Interest Payment Date, provided that interest payable at the Stated Maturity will be paid to the Person to whom principal is payable.

  • In the event that any Fundamental Change Purchase Date or any date on which interest is payable on the Series 2024A Notes (including the Stated Maturity) is not a Business Day, then payment of the principal or interest payable on such date will be made on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day (and without any interest or other payment in respect of any such delay), with the same force and effect as if made on the date the payment was originally payable.
