Stated Amounts definition

Stated Amounts means, (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit issued in Dollars, the stated or face amount of such Letter of Credit to the extent available at the time for drawing (subject to presentment of all requisite documents), and (ii) with respect to any Letter of Credit issued in any currency other than Dollars, the Assigned Dollar Value of the stated or face amount of such Letter of Credit to the extent available at the time for drawing (subject to presentment of all requisite documents), in either case, as the same may be increased or decreased from time to time in accordance with the terms of such Letter of Credit. For purposes of calculating the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit at any time:

For purposes of calculating the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit at any time: any increase in the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit by reason of any amendment to any Letter of Credit shall be deemed effective under this Agreement as of the date Facing Agent actually issues an amendment purporting to increase the Stated Amount of such Letter of Credit, whether or not Facing Agent receives the consent of the Letter of Credit beneficiary or beneficiaries to the amendment, except that if a Borrower has required that the increase in Stated Amount be given effect as of an earlier date and Facing Agent issues an amendment to that effect, then such increase in Stated Amount shall be deemed effective under this Agreement as of such earlier date requested by such Borrower; and any reduction in the Stated Amount of any Letter of Credit by reason of any amendment to any Letter of Credit shall be deemed effective under this Agreement as of the later of (x) the date Facing Agent actually issues an amendment purporting to reduce the Stated Amount of such Letter of Credit, whether or not the amendment provides that the reduction be given effect as of an earlier date, or (y) the date Facing Agent receives the written consent (including by authenticated telex, cable, SWIFT messages or facsimile transmission with, in the case of a facsimile transmission, a follow-up original hard copy)) of the Letter of Credit beneficiary or beneficiaries to such reduction, whether written consent must be dated on or after the date of the amendment issued by Facing Agent purporting to effect such reduction.

Related to Stated Amounts

  • Stated Amount of each Letter of Credit shall mean, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn thereunder (in each case determined without regard to whether any conditions to drawing could then be met).

  • Defaulted Amounts means any amounts on any Note (including, without limitation, the Redemption Price, the Fundamental Change Repurchase Price, principal and interest) that are payable but are not punctually paid or duly provided for.

  • Unrelated Amounts means (a) amounts deposited by the Servicer into the Collection Account but later determined by the Servicer to be mistaken or returned deposits or postings, (b) amounts deposited by the Servicer into the Collection Account as Collections but which were later determined by the Servicer to not constitute Collections with respect to the Receivables and (c) amounts received by the Servicer with respect to a Receivable that the Servicer is prohibited from depositing into the Collection Account or otherwise remitting to the Issuer by law or court order, the direction of a regulatory authority or regulatory guidance.

  • Defaulted Amount means, with respect to any Lender Party at any time, any amount required to be paid by such Lender Party to the Administrative Agent or any other Lender Party hereunder or under any other Loan Document at or prior to such time which has not been so paid as of such time, including, without limitation, any amount required to be paid by such Lender Party to (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.02(b) to purchase a portion of a Swing Line Advance made by the Swing Line Bank, (b) the Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 2.03(c) to purchase a portion of a Letter of Credit Advance made by the Issuing Bank, (c) the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.02(e) to reimburse the Administrative Agent for the amount of any Advance made by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender Party, (d) any other Lender Party pursuant to Section 2.13 to purchase any participation in Advances owing to such other Lender Party and (e) the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 7.05 to reimburse the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank for such Lender Party's ratable share of any amount required to be paid by the Lender Parties to the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank as provided therein. In the event that a portion of a Defaulted Amount shall be deemed paid pursuant to Section 2.15(b), the remaining portion of such Defaulted Amount shall be considered a Defaulted Amount originally required to be paid hereunder or under any other Loan Document on the same date as the Defaulted Amount so deemed paid in part.

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $25,000,000 minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of the Agreement.

Such yield shall be determined on a semi-annual bond equivalent basis using the original issue price of such obligation and the amount payable at the scheduled maturity of such obligation, and shall be determined as of the earlier of (x) the date on which any event occurs that has the effect of fixing the amount of a claim in respect of principal and (y) the Delivery Commencement Date or applicable Valuation Date, as the case may be. The Accreted Amount shall exclude, in the case of an Exchangeable Obligation, any amount that may be payable under the terms of such obligation in respect of the value of the Equity Securities for which such obligation is exchangeable;

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.
