State Trustees means any and all state and local officials designated by any governor of any Gulf State under Section 1006(b)(3) of OPA, 33 U.S.C. § 2706(b)(3), or authorized under any other applicable law, to act as a trustee on behalf of the public for Natural Resources in connection with the Deepwater Horizon Incident, including officials from the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Geological Survey of Alabama, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, the Louisiana Oil Spill Coordinator’s Office, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the Texas General Land Office, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and their respective delegates.
