State Requirements. The Manager shall comply with the Illinois Human Rights Act, 775 ILCS 5/1‑101 et seq. (1990), as amended, and any rules and regulations promulgated in accordance with it, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause, 5 Ill. Admin. Code Sec. 750 Appendix A; the Public Works Employment Discrimination Act, 775 ILCS 10/0.01 et seq. (1990), as amended; the Discrimination in Public Contracts Act, 775 ILCS 10/0.01 et seq. (1990), as amended; and the Environmental Barriers Act, 410 ILCS 25/1 et seq. (1985), as amended; and all other applicable state statutes, regulations and other laws.
State Requirements means all requirements and standards imposed under state laws, including but not limited to the State Act, and all regulations adopted pursuant to such state laws, including but not limited to the Solid Wastes Disposal Sites and Facilities regulations, 6 CCR 1007-2.
