Extends the time that the Education Innovation Partners Cooperative Center can spend up to $410,000 of its remaining state grant during fiscal years 2018 and 2019. 48 Student teachers in shortage areas. Authorizes the Office of Higher Education to spend up to two percent of the program’s fiscal year 2017 $2.8 million appropriation on administrative costs. 49 Agricultural educator grants.
