State of the Operator definition

State of the Operator means the State in which the operator’s principal place of business is located or, if there is no such place of business, the operator’s permanent residence;
State of the Operator means the State in which the operator of an aircraft has his principal place of business or, if he has no such place of business, his permanent residence;
State of the Operator means the State in which the principal place of business of the operator is located or, if there is no such place of business, the permanent residence of the operator;
