State Material means any material provided by the State to the Retailer for the purposes of this Agreement including all reports (whether in draft or final form), documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means.

Outline Key concepts This Agreement employs a number of key concepts. The Retailer agrees to: receive and process, in accordance with clauses 4 and 5, Applications for the Rebate; and pay the Rebate to Rebate Customers in accordance with clause 6. The State agrees to reimburse the Retailer, in accordance with clause 7, for any Rebate validly paid to a Rebate Customer. Any Customer may make an Application. A Customer will fall into one of two categories. In most cases, a Customer will apply on the Customer’s own behalf. In some cases, a Customer will apply as a Proprietor. If a Customer of a Retailer: has made an Application to the Retailer in accordance with clause 4; and meets the Eligibility Criteria, then the Customer is a Rebate Customer.
