State Manual definition

State Manual means the most current RI Nuisance Wildlife Control Specialist Handbook prepared by the Division of Fish & Wildlife and adopted 2006 and does not include any amendments there to after said date.
State Manual means the most current wildlife rehabilitation manual prepared by the Division of Fish & Wildlife.
