State Entity Standard Contract Form definition

State Entity Standard Contract Form means the document that contains basic information about the Contract and incorporates by reference the applicable Contract Terms and Conditions, the RFX, Contractor’s Response to the RFX, the final pricing documentation for Services and any mutually agreed clarifications, modifications, additions and deletions resulting from final contract negotiations. No objection or amendment by a Contractor to the RFX requirements or the Contract shall be incorporated by reference into this Contract unless the State Entity has accepted the Contractor’s objection or amendment in writing.
