For the purpose of this Agreement the following terms will mean respectively: Adult: a person who is a staff member or employee of a school/RCCI, including all faculty, supervisory, and other personnel, and a person not under 21 chronological years of age in schools/RCCIs, and not a student of high school grade or under as determined by the State education agency in schools as defined in 7CFR part 210.2.
