State Contract Manager definition

State Contract Manager means the Deputy State Treasurer for Debt Management or his or her designee.
State Contract Manager means the individual designated by Owner to act as the contract manager to supervise the operation of the Properties and the activities of Property Manager in connection therewith, and to perform other contract administration consistent with the applicable requirements of AS 36.30 (State Procurement Code).
