Star Program definition

Star Program means that certain Stock Appreciation Ranking Program adopted by the Company under its 2005 Employee and Director Stock Plan.
Star Program means the program within VPP designed for participants whose safety and health management systems operate in a highly effective, self-sufficient manner and meet all VPP requirements. Star is the highest level of VPP participation.
Star Program means the Supplemental Tax Advantage Retirement Program as described in the memorandum of the Borrower to the Agent dated as of October 6, 1999.

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Flood Program means the National Flood Insurance Program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004, in each case as amended from time to time, and any successor statutes.
