Standard Units definition

Standard Units means the unit of exposure to which the rates apply, and each article is designated (person, object or event), except litre which is per 1,000 litres.

More Definitions of Standard Units

Standard Units means the Membership Units issued to the investors investing new money in the Company in connection with the initial closing of the Equity Financing.

Related to Standard Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Vested Units means those Units listed as vested Units in the books and records of the Partnership, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class C Units means the Class C Units of the Company.

  • Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units and the Series B Preferred Units.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.

  • Restricted Units means that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as “Awards Granted.”

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • LTIP Units means units of limited partnership interest of the Partnership designated as “LTIP Units” in the Partnership Agreement awarded under the LTIP, having the rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
