Standard Software definition

Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
Standard Software means the operating system pre-loaded on or included as standard with the Equipment from the manufacturer.

More Definitions of Standard Software

Standard Software means non-customized software solely in executable or object code form that (i) is licensed pursuant to a nonexclusive, software license, (ii) is not incorporated into, or used directly in the development, manufacturing or distribution of, any Acquired Company Products, and (iii) is generally available on standard terms for either (A) annual payments by any Acquired Company of $50,000 or less, or (B) aggregate payments by any Acquired Company of $100,000 or less.
