Standard Releases definition

Standard Releases means releases of the FLIR SDK which may contain updates, enhancements and/or improvements authorized and made available only by FLIR from time to time in FLIR’s sole discretion.
Standard Releases means releases of the TELEDYNE FLIR UDK which may contain updates, enhancements and/or improvements authorized and made available only by TELEDYNE FLIR from time to time in TELEDYNE FLIR’s sole discretion.

Examples of Standard Releases in a sentence

  • Following End of Maintenance, Supplier shall be under no obligation to provide new Fixes but will (for a minimum of 12 months from End of Maintenance) provide web-based and telephone assistance (“Sustained Support”) to the Customer for Standard Releases in respect of the relevant Major Version and/or Minor Version.

  • At Customer’s request, Motorola will provide: (a) current list of compatible hardware operating system releases, if applicable; and (b) a list of Motorola Software Cumulative Updates, Supplemental, or Standard Releases.

  • FLIR shall, to the extent practicable under the circumstances, provide Developer reasonable advance notice of any changes or modifications to the FLIR APIs. FLIR is under no obligation to support the FLIR SDK or to otherwise provide Developer any Standard Releases for the FLIR SDK.

  • However, if FLIR does provide Developer with any such Standard Releases, such Standard Releases shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation, the License, or such other agreement, if any, which accompanies such Standard Release.

  • At Customer's request, Seller will provide: (a) current list of compatible hardware operating system releases; and (b) a list of Seller's Software Supplemental or Standard Releases.

  • Maintenance provides support and updates for Standard Releases of the Product.

  • Maintenance and support shall include support for technical issues relating to the use of the Software (including errors or problems with the Software, issues relating to the use of the Software, issues during installation and assistance understanding specific features); and all Patch Releases and Standard Releases to which Customer is entitled will be made available electronically for download from Jama’s website as they become available.

  • The Standard Releases contain feature updates intended to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and/or correct defects or deficiencies.

  • Basware may discontinue to Release Maintenance Releases for earlier Standard Releases after a period of one hundred eighty (180) days following the Release of a new Standard Release to markets.

  • Standard Releases do not include any new product platforms or any new Software products and/or modules of Software that are marketed under different product names by Basware.

Related to Standard Releases

  • Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit B (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).

  • Threatened Release means a substantial likelihood of a Release which requires action to prevent or mitigate damage to the soil, surface waters, groundwaters, land, stream sediments, surface or subsurface strata, ambient air or any other environmental medium comprising or surrounding any Property which may result from such Release.

  • Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.

  • SHIPPING RELEASE means the document issued by the inspector or the inspection agency nominated by the Purchaser authorising the Contractor to ship the Stores on satisfactory completion of inspection.

  • General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.

  • Minor Release means an incremental release of Software that provides maintenance fixes and additional Software functions. Cisco designates Minor releases as a change in the tenths digit of the Software version number [x.(x).x].

  • Mutual Release means a mutual release in the form set forth in Exhibit 9 hereto.

  • Major Release means a major update or upgrade to the Software, which includes significant enhancements and/or a major redesign of the Software, identified by Bosch by a change to the first digit in the release number (e.g. change from version 2.0 to 3.0).

  • Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

  • Third-Party Release means the release given by each of the Releasing Parties to the Released Parties as set forth in Article VIII.E of the Plan.
