Standard Pacific definition

Standard Pacific shall have the meaning provided in the Preamble to the Fourth Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Centennial Founders, LLC.
Standard Pacific shall have the meaning given such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
